What we collect on a quote request

When you ask us to price a private jet charter in Los Angeles, we collect what we need to get you a real number: your name, phone number, email address, and the trip details. That means origin and destination, travel dates, passenger count, and any preferences you mention, such as a departure from Van Nuys Airport or a cabin size you have in mind.

We also receive basic technical information that arrives with any web request, such as your IP address and browser type, plus the page you submitted from. We do not ask for payment card numbers or government identification through this site, and you should not send either through the quote form.

Why we use your information

Your details are used to prepare and send a quote, to answer follow-up questions, and to keep a record of what was discussed so a later call does not start from scratch. If you ask about a specific route, we use the trip details to match you with aircraft and operators who can actually fly it.

We may contact you by phone or email about your request. If you tell us the trip is off, we stop. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Sharing limited to quoting operators

To price a trip, we pass the relevant trip details to FAA Part 135 operators who can serve your route. That sharing is limited to what an operator needs to return a quote: the city pair, dates, passenger count, and any handling requirements. Your contact information goes only to the operator or operators actively quoting your specific request.

Those operators handle your information under their own privacy practices, and they hold operational control of the flight. We do not share your details with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect against fraud.

Calls may be recorded

Phone calls to and from our quote line may be recorded or monitored for quality and record-keeping. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start so you can decide whether to continue. Recordings are kept for training and dispute resolution and are not used for marketing.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. When that need ends, we delete or anonymize the information. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will honor the request unless we are required to retain something.

You can also ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Questions about this notice

If anything here is unclear, or you want to see, correct, or delete what we have on file, contact us through the quote form or the phone number listed on the site. Put privacy in the subject line so it reaches the right person.

This notice covers privatejetslosangeles.com and the quote service it supports. It does not cover what an operator does with your information after a flight is booked, so ask the operator for its own privacy notice when you confirm a trip. We may update this notice from time to time and will post the current version here.
